The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China provides comprehensive health insurance for international students studying in China enjoying Chinese Government Scholarships, mainly to cover the expenses of hospitalization for serious diseases or accidental injuries.
International students studying in China at their own expenses can obtain medical services in the host institutions of higher education as well as the cities they reside in.
