On November 6th, Mr. Zhang Yutai, President of DRC, met a delegation headed by Mr. Brent Scowcroft, former US President’s national security advisor and Mr. Evan Greenberg, President & Chairman of ACE Group. Mr. Zhang Yutai briefed the guests on the measures China has adopted to cope with the ongoing global financial crisis, and their effects on China’s economy. Mr. Brent Scowcroft and Evan Greenberg introduced ACE Group’s operation activities in China and exchanged ideas on the future potential joint research with DRC. Mme. Sun Lanlan, Director General of International Cooperation Department, Mme. Zhang Chenghui, Deputy Director General and Ms. Tian Hui, Research Fellow of Finance Research Insitute, Mr. Li Jianwei, Senior Research Fellow from Department of Macroeconomic Research, and Mr. Zhang Hongfei, Program Officer of International Cooperation Department of DRC, were present at the meeting.
