The 11th China Enterprise Development Forum, with a theme concerning the transformation and development of Chinese enterprises amid economic restructuring and adjustments, was sponsored by the Enterprise Research Institute of the DRC and China Mobile, and held at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse from January 12 to 13.

The forum participants analyzed the current economic situation and government policies issued after the 18th National Congress. Officials, economists and scholars delivered speeches on China's economic situation and policy orientations.

The forum also included in-depth discussions on how to promote the transformation and development of enterprises amid the country's economic restructuring. The discussions focused on such topics as the development of large enterprises, corporate internationalization, development of small and medium-sized enterprises, industry and finance, the transformation and upgrading of the information industry and China's real estate industry.

Entrepreneurs and executives - from China Mobile, Baosteel, China Agricultural Development Bank, Harbin Electric Corp, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Haier, BOE Technology Group Co, Shenhua Group Corp, Govtor Capital, Kuang-Chi Institute of Advanced Technology, MESNAC, Bank of China, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, State Grid Corp, China Unicom, ZTE, Huawei Technologies and China Index Academy - shared their experiences and understanding about enterprise transformation with the participants.
