Zhang Chenghui, director-general of the Research Institute of Finance of the Development Research Center of the State Council, led a research group from the institute to conduct studies on China's economic situation, enterprise financing status and cross-border capital interest arbitrage from May 26 to 31 in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhengzhou.

Zhang Liping, Chen Daofu and Liu Xuan, research fellows of the institute, took part in the studies.
