Liu Peilin, vice-director-general of the Department of Development Strategy and Regional Economy of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), attended a seminar at the CASS Forum 2013 on August 16, 2013.

The seminar was about high-quality urbanization with a focus on how to bring equality to migrant workers in comparison to local residents. Liu delivered a speech on economic growth transition and its effect to employment.
