Zhang Junkuo, vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with the delegation from Goldman Sachs, and they exchanged opinions on the decisions made at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in November, as well as the trade relationship between China and the US.

Zhao Jinping, director-general of DRC's Research Department of Economic Relations, attended the meeting.
