Zhou Hongchun, research fellow of the Research Department of Social Development at the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), went to Brussels to take part in the 2014 edition of Green Week, the biggest annual conference on European environment policy.

Green Week has been organized for 14 consecutive years. It took place from June 3-5 this year. Its theme was "Circular Economy-Saving Resources, Creating Jobs."

Zhou introduced China's practice in circular economy and answered questions raised at the conference.
