Abstract:　

The paper examines the advantages and disadvantages of China in attracting foreign direct investment in the future, and on that basis, makes a basic estimation of the possible trend of foreign investment growth. In line with the demand of the situation concerning China's opening-up and structural adjustment and in accordance with the results of the empirical research on the factors affecting the sectoral distribution of foreign investment, the paper makes an analysis of and prospect for the basic trend of the sectoral distribution of foreign investment in the future.??
