Abstract:
China has initiated West-East gas transmission project and the natural gas sector has entered into a new phase of development. How to set up a regulatory system for natural gas sector has become a pressing issue. The paper reviews the evolution of the US regulatory system for natural gas and shows important references for setting up China's regulatory scheme for natural gas sector.
