Chang Jiwen, Vice-Director-General of the Research Institute of Resources and Environment Policies of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), took part in a roundtable meeting about building equal and effective fund partnerships on climate action, in Paris, France, from July 15-16, where he made a speech.

The meeting was held at France's Diplomatic and International Development Department, with the department's Vice-Minister and chief climate negotiation representative, as well as more than 40 negotiators and experts from China, India, Brazil, France, England, Switzerland, Russia, Indonesia, and Nigeria expressing ideas on climate change funds mechanism.
