Gu Shuzhong, vice-director-general of the Research Institute of Resources and Environment Policies at the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), recently led a team to Singapore and Japan to conduct research on water treatment, eco-city construction, environmental health, and environmental governance.

The delegation visited the World Bank Office in Singapore, the Ministry of National Development of Singapore, the National Institute for Environmental Studies of Japan, Nihon University, and Kobe University of Japan.
