Abstract: In recent years, with the swift development of China’s economy, waste output has been largely increased. As a result, China’s waste resources recycling industry boasts a big room for development. Against the backdrop of incessant preferential policies implemented by the government since 2010, explorations on innovation and upgrading have been made by some renewable resource enterprises with remarkable outcomes. As the largest enterprise re-manufacturing with waste stainless steel, Henan Jinhui Stainless Steel Group has made innovations on the recycling of waste stainless steel and formulated an intelligent industrial chain, including the recycling of waste raw materials, the up-stream stainless steel processing, the stainless steel products and supportive logistics as well as a research and development service system. Meanwhile, it has also made successful trials in the recycling and comprehensive use of urban mineral resources and played a demonstration role for the recycling and reusing industry of waste stainless steel.
