Su Shulin, governor of Fujian province, said that the province would deepen reform in 2014 in a government work report given at the Second Session of the 12th People's Congress of Fujian Province on Jan 13.

Su said the Fujian provincial government will implement policies to support the private economy to push forward reform of State-owned enterprises and motivate market participants.

In addition, Fujian would deepen reform of the rural land utility system and natural resources commodities pricing system. The government will simplify formalities and improve efficiency. Governments at all levels must also accept public supervision and stringently limit regular expenditures.
