Baishuiyang selected one of China’s top sports tourism attractions

Baishuiyang Sports Tourism Fitness program was selected as one of the top ten sports tourism attractions in China during the recent 2013 China Sports Culture and Sports Tourism Expo which was held in Anhui province.

This year’s sports tourism expo was co-sponsored by the General Administration of Sports of China, the China National Tourism Administration, Chinese Olympic Committee and Anhui provincial government.

Sports such as surfing are often practiced at Baishuiyang Water Square and attract many visitors, and the honor is expected to benefit Longyan’s tourism industry and to increase interest in sports and fitness.
