Baishuiyang scenic spot, in Pingnan county, Fujian province, received 20,000 tourists in the Double Ninth Festival on Oct 2. The Double Ninth Festival is a traditional Chinese festival on the ninth day of the ninth lunar month, which fell on Oct 2 this year and coincided with the National Day holiday from Oct 1 to Oct 7.
