A lecture on the mental health of young people was held at the assembly hall of Pingtan county, Fujian province, on July 4.

Lin Daxi, a psychology professor from Fujian Medical University, lectured on how to deal with mental stress as well as cultivation of mental health to more than 200 young officials and members from a range of government departments and schools in the county.

Young people can maintain their mental health with scientific methods and the right psychological guidance, said Xie Xiutong, director of the Party committee office of the Pingtan administrative committee.
