Fangchenggang held a public memorial ceremony at the Huazuyuan Cemetery on Oct 21, the ninth day of the ninth month in Chinese lunar calendar known as the traditional Double Ninth Festival.
The activity was organized by Guangxi Huazuyuan Investment Co., to maintain and carry forward the traditional Chinese folk customs and filial piety culture.
Many local residents attended the ceremony and prayed for their ancestors during the festival.
