Guizhou Colorful Tourist Resort, located in Xihang avenue of the Anshun Economic and Technological Development Area, covers an area of about 4.32 square kilometers and has a total planned investment of more than 10 billion yuan. It is a world-class large-scale resort that integrates cultural entertainment, tourist towns, luxury hotel groups, high-end catering, leisure and business.

The longitudinal main road in the park is Duocai Huanle Road, which is 240 meters long and 50 meters wide. On both sides of the road, there are four pairs of cultural totem poles with strong Guizhou national culture connotations.

The design concept of the terrace water curtain originates from the terraces in Guizhou villages and the famous Huangguoshu Waterfall. At night, the water curtain plays on, utilizing techniques combining fountains, music, fireworks, a water curtain and lasers to bring tourists and local citizens a terrific visual feast.

The national architecture, Wind and Rain Bridge, is recognized as one of the three treasures among buildings of the Dong people. Stretching across two mountains, it is 277 meters long and 33 meters high. The first floor is mainly for military, civilian and business purposes, while the second floor is the national cultural corridor, mainly displaying Guizhou national costumes, batik, silver jewelry and Miao embroidery.
