The Guiyang government recently released the taxpayers list of foreign invested enterprises in 2012.
Ten foreign commercial enterprises, including China Resources Snow Breweries (Guizhou), topped the list.
China Resources Snow Breweries (Guizhou) topped the list with annual taxes of 135 million yuan ($22.04 million). Guizhou Tongjitang Pharmaceutical was second with taxes of 129 million yuan. Guizhou Modern Capital Group was third with taxes of 75 million yuan.
The other top 10 taxpayers include Guiyang Lianshou Science and Technology Development Company, Guiyang Zhanyang Power Equipment Company, Guiyang Hengfeng Real Estate, Guiyang Xinshijie Real Estate, China Air Service, Guizhou Shenqibaisheng Commercial and Guizhou Yishu Pharmaceuticals Chain.
According to sales statistics, the top 10 foreign invested companies in Guiyang in 2012 are Guiyang Zhanyang Power Equipment Company, Guizhou Guixing Automobile Sales and Service, Guiyang Lianshou Science and Technology Development Company, Yankuang Guizhou Energy and Chemical Industry, Guizhou Modern Capital Group, Guizhou Tongjitang Pharmaceutical, China Air Service, Guiyang Wahaha Changsheng Beverage, China Resources Snow Breweries (Guizhou) and Guizhou Shenqibaisheng Commercial.
Operations were generally strong for 220 foreign-invested enterprises in Guiyang in 2012.
Manufacturing and real estate dominated the foreign capital economy in Guiyang.
The total sales revenue of Guiyang was 9.45 billion yuan.
The 91 manufacturing companies saw sales revenues reach 8.59 billion yuan, accounting for 57.56 percent of total sales.
