Mingxin public rental housing project has recently started construction, which is the second indemnificatory housing project in Ruzhou after the Shengdiluolan project, which started on June 20. Ruzhou has set seven indemnificatory housing projects, which include 3,360 housing units. Currently 880 housing units have been under construction, and 316 units will begin by the end of June, which means that all projects will be under construction by the end of July.

There are 288 housing units in Xiangyang Community’s third-stage low-rent housing projects, 296 in Xiangyang Community’s public rental housing project, 1,188 in Science and Education Park’s public rental housing project, 660 in the Shengdiluolan public rental housing project, 220 in the Mingxin public rental housing project, 336 in the Qidelong public rental housing project, and 372 in the Yuyuan New District reconstruction project for shantytowns in the state-owned mining area.
