A book about a small village of Ruzhou was recently published.

The book of about 60,000 words, focuses on the village of Yiwuzhang, located in the north east of the city of Ruzhou. It uses simple language and features beautiful illustrations, and it informs readers about the village's most influential people and major events. It also covers aspects including the village's economic construction, business models, and architectural styles.

The book was compiled by seven of the village's pensioners, and the chief writer and editor is an 88-year-old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine. They spent a total of two years on this publication.
