The unveiling ceremony of the Little Bobdog Teaching and Training Base, jointly founded by the Shanghai Little Bobdog Children's Articles Company and the Shanghai Institute of Visual Art under the Fudan University, was held on March 16.

Gong Xueping, member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress，unveiled the base. Also present at the ceremony to celebrate the occasion were Tang Naixin, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the Huaqiao Economic Development Zone, and officials from the Investment Promotion Bureau of the zone.

Little Bobdog is a cartoon figure created in 1987 by the Japan-based Sunword Company, and the Shanghai Little Bobdog Children's Articles Company was established in Shanghai in 1994, with its logistics warehouses and production facilities in Huaqiao. As Huaqiao International Service Business Park develops, its advantages in location, policies and costs have become increasingly attractive.

Little Bobdog, with a strategic perspective, is planning to hold new spring and summer children's clothes releases in Huaqiao for the six renowned international companies, for which Little Bobdog is an agent, including Bobdog, Adidas and Famania, and to move the company's headquarters and designing center to Huaqiao.

According to information, the establishment of the "Teaching and Training Base" will help Little Bobdog increase its direct-sales shops by 1,000 in the next three years, providing 3,000 to 4,000 more jobs.

At the same time, it will bring up different personnel groups for Little Bobdog's headquarters, which will help train and store more talent for the company to strengthen its sales and development capabilities in a speedy manner, to further increase its market share and increase brand recognition.
