On May 5, 2009, deputy director Zhang Jianwen and Cheng Wenrong organized the 2009 government promoting practical projects meeting about the Huaqiao economic development zone in the round room, third floor of Huaqiao municipal committee of Economic Development Zone. The related leadership of Huaqiao Planning and Construction Bureau and Social Events Bureau attended the meeting.

At the meeting, they discussed the progress of the nine practical projects of the Huaqiao outsourcing service program, sorted out issues such as relocation, and confirmed the responsibility of the relevant stuff to ensure the project to complete on time.
