The study and practice of the scientific concept of development are being fully conducted in Jiangsu Province.

On May 24, CCTV’s household program Focus Interview analyzed Jiangsu’s successful scientific practice, paying special attention to Huaqiao who looks for opportunity in crisis.

Under the guidance of seven official policy documents, departments at different levels in Kunshan actively work upon the education of the party members and cadres as well as the enhancement of the scientific development, with the benefits of the general public taken into account. Faced with the international financial crisis, Kunshan strives to develop Huaqiao, revealing Kunshan’s attempt at keeping pace with the times in a scientific way. Having noticed the great need of low financial costs, the Park positively takes on international financial service outsourcing and employs scientific management methods, seeing the financial downturn as a good opportunity.

The Jiangsu provincial party committee and the government have put forward seven policy documents concerning issues such as the acceleration of the economic development mode transformation, evaluation and examination system for scientific development, and the adjustment of financial and taxation management system, well combining the second session with the first session of the study and practice of scientific concept of development.
