The first investment program by Huaqiao BPO Fund began last Friday between the Service Outsourcing Equity Investment Company at Huaqiao International Service Business Park and Shanghai Joyu Company.

The two parties signed a series of files, including Shanghai Joyu Cultural broadcast Co Ltd’s capital increase and equity expansion and transfer of equities contract and Shanghai Joyu Cultural broadcast Co Ltd’s stockholders contract.

According to the contracts, Huaqiao BPO Fund will invest 10 million yuan into the account of Shanghai Joyu Company in 15 days after the contract takes effect.

A rational investment plan has also been scheduled, which lays a solid foundation for the future development of the Huaqiao BPO Fund.

The Huaqiao BPO Fund takes the form of market operation by Shanghai Ashe Capital Management Ltd, who spent much in the cooperation for a series of professional procedures including several rounds of investigations, negotiations, expert appraisals and reports to officials.

Shanghai Ashe Capital Management Ltd, a professional corporation specializing in Investment Banking and Fund Management, was founded in 2005 by professionals from China and overseas in the field of Fund Management and Investment Banking, and is comprised by approximately 30 members.

Shanghai Joyu Company, a leader in tourism industry, comprises several brands, including Kchance, Lvmama, Elite Traveller and Kyoung.
