A visiting group from Oracle (China) Software Corporation Ltd, under the lead of the company’s Vice President Cai Hanhui, visited the Huaqiao International Service Business Park last Friday for an investigation into its investment environment.

Impressed with Huaqiao’s current development and bright prospects of the modern service industry, Cai, on behalf of Oracle China, said he wished to cooperate with Hauqiao.

The visiting group toured around the major enterprises’ headquarters building, Ambow Experimental Training Center, Greenland 21 city, a commercial square invested by Jiangsu Join-in Real Estate Co Ltd and a service outsourcing base.

Cai said he was pleasantly surprised with Huaqiao’s smart position as a satellite town featuring the modern service industry to serve Shanghai. He spoke highly of Huaqiao’s rapid and healthy development, which provides a sound investment environment for enterprises. Oracle, established in 1977, has developed itself into the world's leading supplier of software for information management with reliable, secure, and integrated technologies, and one of the world's great independent software companies.

The company embarked on the Chinese market in 1989 to become the first global software titan to come to China. Oracle China has offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Chengdu and two research and development centers in Beijing, Shenzhen and Suzhou. It is now looking to establish a presence in other emerging cities.

Oracle is currently the largest business software company in the world, with more than 320,000 customers—including 100 of the Fortune Global 100—supporting them in more than 145 countries.
