Only five to ten minutes walk from the central area of the park, the Xugongqiao apartment complex in Huaqiao International Business Service Park has the capacity to accommodate 2,300 staff.

There are 865 types of rooms, located on the east side of Xugongqiao road. The two apartment buildings provide its residents with sound and sweet living conditions. The rooms come furnished with cable television, air conditioning, and home appliances.
