The Huaqiao Industry and Trade Bureau will carry out five measures to support enterprises in the service sector of Huaqiao’s economic development zone called Kunshan, located in east China’s Jiangsu province.

Easier access to the service industry

Private capital will be allowed to invest in the service sector in the form of a sole proprietorship, joint venture, cooperation and equity participation, as long as it is not prohibited by the laws and rules. The registration process will be streamlined and operation scope will be expanded.

Legal knowledge publicity

The industry and Trade Bureau will distribute brochures on "Contract Law", "Consumer Protection Law", "Trademark Law", "Advertising Law" and other business laws and regulations to improve awareness.

Home visit

The Bureau will visit the enterprises one month after they are set up to help them solve potential operational problems.

Administrative guidance system

Through Administrative recommendations, guidance, persuasion, and warning, the bureau will guide enterprises. This will strengthen the credit-building, implement trademark advertising strategy, and participate in market competition according to the law.

Contact system

Ten large-scale enterprises with good reputations will be offered full services in trademark development, market access, and anti-counterfeiting rights.
