An evaluation released by the China Outsourcing Net and the Dingtao Outsourcing Resource Institute shows that the Huaqiao International Service Business Park is ranked 2nd on the list of Top 10 outsourcing Service Parks in China. Huaqiao has surpassed Dalian Software Park and Xi'an Software Park in competitiveness and has moved one place forward from last year.

Huaqiao is one of the earliest development zones pillared by the modern service sector in China. Approximately 200 service outsourcing companies have settled in Huaqiao, employing nearly 80,000 people.

A fairly complete service outsourcing industrial chain has formed in Huaqiao with service outsourcing companies of various fields. There are internationally known companies such as Dell Serive, Genpact, as well as famous domestic companies such as Huatuo Data and Wicresoft. These companies cover Information Technology infrastructure, software outsourcing, call center outsourcing, financial services and other outsourcing areas.

In exploring new ways for development, Huaqiao cooperates with Technology Partner International (TPI), a world leading outsourcing advisory firm in building the first international operation standard for service outsourcing. It established the first financial serviced outsourcing research institute and the first national demonstration zone for service outsourcing.

The evaluation of the Top 10 service outsourcing park in China started in 2008 and has become the most influential one in China. It is used as a key reference for foreign companies seeking Chinese outsourcing partners.
