Huaqiao’s financial service outsourcing base is booming as more service outsourcing enterprises settle in the area. Recent additions include Xinguodu, Wicresoft, Wanbishi Archives and Haiteng. The road network in the base has taken shape and future efforts will be focused on road construction. In the second half of 2012, construction of Jinjie, Yuanchuang and Jinbi roads will begin, reaching a total length of 1.66 kilometers with a total investment of 46 million yuan ($7.2 million).
