Construction of the Dell project officially launched recently. The project will occupy an area of 33,448 square meters in Huaqiao International Service Business Park.

The project consists of three parts with a total building area of 64,157 sq m. It will include a high-rise office building, three high-rise supporting service buildings and six low-rise headquarter office buildings.

Factors including the park’s geographic features, climate environment and energy resources were taken into consideration for the project’s construction plan. The park will save energy, be highly efficient and comfortable.

In conformity with the requirement of the Evaluation Standard for Green Building, the project aims to become a three-star green building.
