A further education course from Jiangsu University that aims to cultivate more high-end professionals for the Huaqiao International Service Business Park was officially opened there recently.

As an initiative of Jiangsu University, Huaqiao Economic Development Zone’s organization and human resources bureau, and the Jiangsu Start Dima Data Processing Co, this Master of Engineering class will provide further education for employees working in the fields of computers, software and telecommunications. The course will include on-the-job education using a two-supervisor system. The students will take lessons on weekends, and they will be granted a Master of Engineering Certificate once they have finished their given courses and passed the corresponding examinations and given their thesis defense.

The Master of Engineering course is open for applications all year round in Huaqiao.

Jiangsu University, as one of the first batch of China’s universities which have the right to confer degrees of Doctor, Master, Master of Engineering and Bachelor, has a competitive strength in scientific research and in the cultivation of professionals.. Jiangsu Start Dima Data Processing Co is a modern service enterprise which has been recognized as a provincial engineering technological research center. The course will be given in its provincial postgraduates work station.

This course is a further cooperation between local government, the university and enterprises in the introduction and cultivation of professionals.
