CGGC Yeywa Project Dept. hits 1 million m3 RCC

Yeywa Project Department fulfilled 1 million m3 of RCC placement accumulatively on April 16, amounting to 40% of the total, facilitated to complete the project half a year ahead of schedule.

2007 is the peak year for Yeywa project (LOT CW2) construction. The Yeywa Project Dept. carried out preparation and management carefully, special emphasis has been put on the key points of RCC construction, the concrete conveyor system was examined and repaired as well. The Dept. strengthened the communication with the Employer and Engineers to obtain their understanding and support.

Up to April 16, the RCC placement reached 360,000 m3, and accumulatively 1 million m3. Now, the left bank of the dam has been raised to 127.4 m El., and the right bank 109.4 m El., the quality and progress of construction has been fully affirmed by the owner and supvisors.
