Zhouhougui attends Iran Mollasadra Hydro-Power Station operation ceremony

On April 17, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran accompanied with Ministers of Energy Ministry and officials of local Government attended the Mollasadra Hydro-Power Station operation ceremony, on behalf of Yangjixue, the president of CGGC, Zhouhougui, the vice president and chief engineer of CGGC attended.

Mollasadra Project located on the Core River of Fas Province, wth an integrated function of flow regulation, flood control, irrigation, water supply and power generation etc., two set of 50mw with a total storage capacity of 4.4×109 m3.

It is the first EPC( Engineer Procurement Construction) project constructed by CGGC in Iran. Iran Project Department of CGGC has fufilled many key projects ahead of the schedule since 2002. On April 12, trial operation of No.1, No.2 set had been successfully completed, which was highly praised by Iran Energy Department and Employer Fas Water Conservancy and supervising engineers, set up a good image of Chinese companies.

On the ceremony, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad highly praised the excellent achievements of CGGC, anticipated further coopration with CGGC. He also made a friendly communication with Zhouhougui.

Mr Fatahe, Minister of Iran Energy Department and Mr Rayeyang, Owner and Director of Fas Water Conservancy Bureau affirmed and praised the contributions of CGGC for Mollasadra Projects, they showed that they would like to cooperate with CGGC at more hydropower projects in future.
