One: Acceptance Qualification

Materials submitted by applicant are as follows:

1 Application of institution or copies of foreign expert confirmation letter (in accordance with notice about promoting the management of foreign expert certificate which was issued by SAFEA [No.173 document in 1996]

2 Foreign Expert personal passport and copies

3 the contract on retaining cultural and educational foreign expert between the institution and a foreign expert or a foreign employer.

4 If retaining domestic foreign staffs, it is necessary to offer a dismissing proven and recommendation from the original employed institution.

Requirements:

Applications should be complete, normal, valid.

Person in charge in this position: a clerk of foreign affairs department

Responsibilities and authorities:

To examine materials from applicants according to relevant regulations.

If an application is accord with regulations, it should be done promptly and transfer the applications to examiners.

If an application is not accord with regulations, it shouldn't be done , but it should be done in writing as follows:

to submit a complete materials promptly;

to learn about his relevant rights and complain ways;

to put on records to the higher level department.
