A cooperative campus of King's College School from the United Kingdom and Nanjing Foreign Language School (Nanwai) was launched in Wuxi, Jiangsu province on Aug 23.
Located in the city's International Education Park, the school has begun recruiting students before it opens in September 2018.
Dipont Education Group, a pioneering international education provider in China, will also offer educational resources to the new school.
When it opens, the school will offer students a mixture of Nanwai's people-oriented education practices, combined with King's College School's interconnected, holistic approach to learning.
The school will cater for Chinese and foreign students aged three to 18, including a kindergarten, primary, middle and high schools, as well as a school purely for foreign children, with classes taught in both Chinese and English.
It aims high to develop into a first-rated modern and international education base in Yangtze River Delta region, or even in China.
It also has the ambition to cultivate innovative future youth leaders, having international vision, team spirit, and sense of social responsibility.
