Jilin opens annual legislative session

The annual session of Jilin Provincial People's Congress opened on Monday, Feb 9 in the capital city, Changchun.
The provincial governor, Jiang Chaoliang, was on hand to address the gathering by giving a Government Work Report to the 465 assembled legislators.

Jilin’s Party Secetary, Bayinchaolu, hosted the opening meeting, with eight government officials in attendance.
