The city of Changchun, Jilin province played host to a Jilin Investment and Cooperation Conference in the Songyuan Hotel's convention center, on Aug 31, as part of the preparation for the China-Northeast Asia Expo, on Sep 1, at the Changchun International Conference Center.

This conference opened a window on the expo by providing a lot of business information from and for representatives of branches of the world's top-500 companies, and famous Chinese companies, with business associations from China and around the world and official delegations joining in.

There were reports on business efforts, government policies, the investment environment, and business prospects in the province and the participants showed their gratitude to Jilin for having made these good business opportunities and a place to work available.
