KMTC Tunnel Project

The 8.83-kilometer KMTC tunnel is a water conveyance tunnel connecting the M Dam and the K Dam. Upon completion, it will improve flood control, water storage, and power generation in the reservoir. The main parts of the project include an 8.83-km water diversion tunnel, two aqueducts, and related structural works that will require drilling and blasting. This project is being carried out by Sinohydro Bureau 14 Co.
