Waigang town, Jiading district of Shanghai, hosted a matchmaking event for local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and financial institutions on Dec 12.
The event, attended by more than 50 SMEs, is expected to better serve local enterprises, guide social capital to invest in real economy, and promote the cooperation and common development of industries and finance.
He Dongying, deputy head of Waigang, introduced the town's economic development in 2017, its "butler-like" enterprise service model, and its construction of the industry-finance cooperation platform.
He urged local enterprises have more frequent contact with the economic city to obtain information on related supportive policies in time and encouraged them to pursue scientific innovation and further develop by making full use of various platforms and resources.
Zhao Tao, head of China Construction Bank Jiading branch, said that the bank focuses on serving SMEs and has developed a large number of services particularly for SMEs. Zhao added that the bank is willing to join hands with local SMEs to achieve a win-win result for both sides.
The customer manager of China Construction Bank Waigang branch introduced several financial products with lower costs and shorter approval period that suits SMEs.
