Sailing camps for teenagers hosted by Shenxin Master Water Sports Club have started admissions.

The camps will be held within Shanghai Moon Lake Sculpture Park during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday and the National Day holiday.

The Mid-Autumn Festival holiday camp, which includes a general class that costs 2,800 yuan ($434) per person and a certified class priced at 5,800 yuan per person, will run from Sept 19 to 21.

The National Day holiday camp, which includes an easier class for?6 to 16 years old and an advanced class for?8 to 16 years old, will run from Oct 1 to 6.

The classes will be taught in Chinese and English by Chinese and foreign coaches who are professional sailing athletes that have obtained international qualifications.

Participants will learn how to sail through basic theories, onshore training, and on-water practice.

The club will also provide accommodations for every participant, while also ensuring their safety. Professional lifeguards, student guidance staff, and medical personnel will accompany them along the classes.

Shenxin Master Water Sports Club is a professional facility accredited by the American Sailing Association (ASA). Its ASA training programs include basic keelboat sailing, basic coastal cruising, bareboat cruising, coastal navigation sailing, and basic small boat sailing.
