The Houtu Temple in Jiexiu city of Shanxi Province is a national cultural relic site and famous for its fine colored-glaze structures. The Taoist achitechture is called a museum of colored-glaze and sculptures. Thousands of colored sculptures that dated back to the Ming or Qing dynasty have been preserved in temple.
