A new energy industrial promotional press conference was held in Lyuliang city, Shanxi province, on Feb 8 to help boost new energy industry development and industrial structure upgrading in Lyuliang.
Themed on resource integration and win-win cooperation, the meeting saw the signing of a fly ash recycling and production project agreement between Shanxi Zhongzi Industrial Co and the government of Lishi district in Lyuliang.
The project, with an investment of 600 million yuan ($95.30 million), will turn fly ash discharged by companies into a kind of eco-friendly construction material through proprietary technology, helping solve problems in solid waste treatment and creating economic benefits.
In addition, a series of new energy projects signed between Shanxi Zhongzi Industrial Co and China Gezhouba Group, such as coal bed methane power generation, natural gas exploitation, and construction of new energy power charging stations, will be carried out in Lyuliang. Shanxi Zhongzi Industrial Co plans to establish 16 charging stations in 13 counties all around the city.
Shanxi Zhongzi Industrial Co is a State-owned industrial platform-style company that facilitates economic development and transformation in Shanxi.
