Apricots planted in Yanggao mountain areas are very famous for its large size, intense sweetness and small stones.

The preserved apricot is not very difficult to make. Just take the stones out of the fruit and then dry them under the sun.

They usually come in either yellow or green. The yellow preserved apricots with soft flesh are recommended.
