Recently, Professor Shi Yunlong, deputy chair of Shanxi Datong University along with four other scholars participated in the International Conference on Smart Materials and Nanotechnology in Engineering, which centered on new functional materials – their physical features, applications and related technologies, and other focuses and developments in the field.

More than 300 experts from universities and research institutions from 20 countries, including China, America, Canada, Germany and Australia, took part.
