During the time between the Spring Festival and the Lantern Festival, many activities of intangible cultural heritages at the temple fair in Taiyuan attracted many visitors.
Wenxi county is famous for its dough craftsmanship, and each of the county's 342 administrative villages has its own skilled artists. The traditional craftsmanship has a rich cultural tradition of thousands of years, and it was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2008.
Icicles have been formed on the Hukou Waterfalls recently due to low temperature. Hukou Waterfalls are located on the border of Shanxi and northwest China's Shaanxi Province.
