Zhang Shuyuan

Vice-president of the Supreme People’s Court and Grand Justice of the second rank

Zhang Shuyuan, born in November 1956, is a male ethnic Han from Liangshan county, Shandong province. He entered the workforce in March 1974 and joined the Communist Party of China in November 1978. He holds a doctorate in law and is a member of the 12th National People's Congress.
