Brief introduction to the project: The project covers a total area of 40 hectares, with a building area of 150,000 square meters. In accordance with national graded 4A tourism standard, the project has combined hot spring health, leisure and holiday, business conferences, health care and entertainment, ecological tourism and others to an integrated scenic area. The main constructions include international conference reception center area, hot spring area and relevant resort hotel area, ten-landscape area and other integrated service areas.

Construction conditions of the project: Culai Town of Daiyue District, surrounded by Culai Mountain and Dawen River, has a long history and a splendid culture. In addition to full equipped infrastructures, the district has a convenient transport, which means 15.8 kilometers from Tai’an center, 80 kilometers from Jinan airport, Beijing-Shanghai express way and high-speed railway pass through. The perfect communication facilities, the network base stations of China Mobile and China Netcom, connect network both at home and abroad which provide favourable conditions for the project.

Analysis of the project benefit: After the project puts into operation, it can receive 1 million tourists, newly increase the takings of 500 million yuan, and profit and tax of 70 million yuan annually as well.

Cooperation unit of the project: Shandong Hot Spring Tourism Development Co Ltd which is founded on Nov 12, 2003, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan. It mainly builds hot spring development, tourism development and other business.
