The planning and construction project of Mount Tai Cultural and Tourist Town is located in Aiwa village, Dajinkou town, at the east foot of Mount Tai.

The area of the project is 1,050 mu. The planning and construction elements include a district of the folk custom village of Mount Tai, a central district for visitors, a district for eco-tourism, a district along the river as well as a district for locals.

The district of folk custom village of Mount Tai, will center around Zhao's Manor, and will mainly exhibit folk culture and native products such as the statue of the Immortal of Mount Tai. It will be the demonstration base for the culture of the Mount Tai area and for tourist products.

The district of eco-tourism will be a place for food preparation and sampling. The district along the river will be leisure space with a summerhouse, corridor, waterside pavilion and landscaped reservoir area. The design work for the outline of the project has already been completed. Now the investors can be employed to work out the financial breakdown.

The estimated total investment is 0.8 billion yuan. Once the project is finished, the annual additional revenue will be 0.26 billion yuan with a predicted profit of 78 million yuan.

This project, with the advantage of its superior geographical position, is to boost eco-tourism. It complements the goals and standards of a vigorously developed cultural industry proposed by the provincial government. This project, with its long history and strong impetus, has bright prospects.
