Emblem, mascots of 6th East Asian Games released

| The picture released by 2013 East Asian Games Organizing Committee on Dec. 2, 2009 shows the mascots of the 6th East Asian Games. The theme of the Games is Peace, Friendship, Harmony and Development. The mascots were separately entitled Jinjin (L) and Dongdong, representing East Asian Games in Tianjin in Chinese for short. Jinjin, the angle of friendship, with flowers on head, stretched arms to welcome guests coming to the Games. Dongdong, the angle of harmony, with clouds on head, gestured Victory to expect the success of athletes and the Games. (Xinhua Photo) |
